Project S: Snacks
Approx. $300/month (recurring): Provides snacks for over 100 young people weekly.

Project P: Personnel
Approx. $600/month (recurring): Pays for helpers to make RISE happen each week.

Project F: Focus
Amount TBD (recurring): Pays for Dan and Simone's time to make RISE happen each week, and to possibly scale back other job duties to focus more on RISE.

Project C: Coffee
Approx. $1500 to $10k (one-time)
Pays for an automatic "fancy" coffee maker.

Project G: Gymnasium
Approx. $4-5 million (one-time)
Provides a new home for RISE – an air-conditioned gymnasium (a rarity in Japan) that has two full basketball courts, and could seat 1500 people. This gym could host RISE’s weekly meetings, a new year-round community sports ministry, KIU’s sports programs, and other Christian events.
